--- SHIPPING QUESTIONS ---

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days.  Holidays/promotional sales we run may cause a slight increase but be sure you will receive your items.

Q: How does my order ship?
A: Most orders are shipped through USPS.

Q: Is tracking available?
A: Tracking information can be provided upon request.

Q: The product shipped to the wrong address
A: We ship all orders to the PayPal address provided during check out.  Please make sure this address is correct or you may be subject to additional fees.

Q: I need a product immediately.
A: If you need an order faster then our 5-7 day turn around, or faster shipping please contact us and we can try to accommodate your needs. Faster shipping may result in additional charges.  Sometimes it is just not possible.

Q: My watch does not seem to be working correctly.
A: Please contact us within 7 days regarding any issues with your watch.  When contacting us, please give a detailed message on how the product does not seem to be working.

Q: How do the shirts fit?
A: All shirts fit true to size.

Q: Are the lighters filled?
A: Yes, the BIC lighters come filled already with fluid.


Q: I don't like the product, I want a refund.
A: All sales are final.


Q: I don't see my size listed in t-shirts/hoodies.

A: If you are looking to order a size not listed on on the page, feel free to contact us to make a special order.  Special orders may result in additional fee's.

All contest are subject to cancellation at any given time.

In a raffle, the products value must be raised to raffle off the item still. If the products value in raffle tickets is not sold, everyone's money will be returned promptly.
